Hello and a Warm Welcome! Simone is my name and ‘rampant flower obsession’ is my game. I have been growing edible flowers and produce for chefs/bakers/cakers and arts practitioners since 2014. With plenty of curiosity and a mild case of ADHD I set off on a journey both researching edibility in flowers and plants, plus growing many varieties of floral edibles that I was able to enjoy winning two national gold medals in the Australian Delicious Produce Awards consecutively in 2016, 2017 and QLD state finals in 2018.

Funny enough that it was the 2021 rejection from stage one delicious awards judging for a range of Pressed Edibles that I had been developing that sent me down the rabbit hole of both pioneering and supplying globally my range of Pressed Edible Flowers and Garnish. Since I worked out how to both press for Food Safe requirements, present a range of coloured pressed flowers to specific colour specifications and also distribute these pressed flower ‘portfolios’, I was truly on my way. Gaining some big contracts with high end labels such as Louis Vuitton (Austalia and NZ) Mothers Day campaign in 2024 and more recently, the Cartier (Australia) Mothers Day campaign for 2026.
